Abstract

The invention provides a combined rotation system assembly online dynamic balance detection system and method. The detection system comprises a dynamic balance analysis system, a data acquisition system, a detection sensor and a combined rotation system. A reflective marker is attached to a rotor. A rotation speed test sensor is installed on a non-rotating component, and is aligned to the reflective marker on the rotor. Vibration test sensors are mounted on respective bearing seats. The detection sensor is connected to the data acquisition system. The data acquisition system is connected to the dynamic balance analysis system. The detection method, by using a vector coordinate calculation method, performs dynamic balance detection on the combined rotation system, and configures a weight toeliminate the vibration caused by mutual response after the assembly of the rotor. The detection system and method can meet the requirements for convenient online dynamic balance operation, high accuracy and good balance effects, can be used for the balance of rotors in various industries such as machinery, aviation and electric power, contributes to the vibration reduction, the noise reduction and the wear reduction of the whole system, and prolongs the service life of a machine.
