Embodiment 1

[0042] Randomly select a lunch box sample, dissolve it in benzene, and after the solvent evaporates, a film is obtained with a thickness of 0.022±0.005mm.

[0043] Spectrum testing and preprocessing: Use Nicolet Nexus 670FTIR spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., Waltham, MA, USA) to test the infrared spectrum, with a wavenumber range of 4000-400cm -1 , scan times 32 times, resolution 4cm -1 . Select wave number range 1780-1620cm -1 , the Savitzky-Golay first-order derivative plus 9-point smoothing is used to preprocess this area, and the 1780-1620cm -1 The data after the regional first-order derivative was imported into the software Unscrambler X 10.4. First, the new lunch box was assigned a value of 1, and the recycled lunch box was assigned a value of 0 to establish a PLS-DA model. The predictive performance of the model was then validated with 8 new and 5 recycled lunch boxes. When the prediction result of the lunch box is near 1, it is identified as a new lunch...

Embodiment 2

[0046] Randomly select a lunch box sample, dissolve it in benzene, and after the solvent evaporates, a film is obtained with a thickness of 0.022±0.005mm.

[0047] Spectrum testing and preprocessing: Use Nicolet Nexus 670FTIR spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., Waltham, MA, USA) to test the infrared spectrum, with a wavenumber range of 4000-400cm -1 , scan times 32 times, resolution 4cm -1 . Select wave number range 1780-1620cm -1 , the Savitzky-Golay first-order derivative plus 9-point smoothing is used to preprocess this area, and the 1780-1620cm -1The data after the regional first derivative were imported into the software Unscrambler X 10.4 to establish the LDA model. As shown in Table 1, 8 types of new lunch boxes and 5 types of recycled lunch boxes are correctly distinguished, and the LDA model can also distinguish new and recycled lunch boxes well.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials and food packaging safety, and discloses a method for identifying a recycled polystyrene foamed meal box. According to the methoddisclosed by the invention, the recycled polystyrene foamed meal box is identified by measuring the infrared spectrum of a meal box sample, pre-processing, selecting a spectral range, and comparing with a discriminant analysis model. The method provided by the invention combines infrared spectrum and discriminant analysis, and compared with a traditional method which only focuses on a single chemical component or properties of the meal box, the method provided by the invention can better reflect the integrity of chemical property changes in a meal box regeneration process by using an infraredtechnology. In addition, compared with the traditional method, the method provided by the invention is faster and more effective, and is shorter in duration, each sample only needs 1-2 minutes for detection, no or little solvent is needed, the method is more friendly to the environment, and the recycled polystyrene foamed meal box can be quickly and effectively identified.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer materials and food packaging safety, in particular to a method for identifying recycled polystyrene foamed lunch boxes. Background technique [0002] Plastic will degrade during use and recycling, its mechanical and thermal properties will decrease, and small molecule degradation products will be generated. In addition, due to incomplete cleaning of plastic during recycling, pollutants from previous use may remain. These chemicals will migrate to food when in contact with food, causing food contamination and posing a food safety threat to consumers (Anal Chim Acta. 2013; 775:14-24.). Polystyrene foam lunch boxes mainly hold high-temperature, greasy food, which will accelerate the migration of chemical substances to food, and the safety risk is greater. Therefore, the identification of recycled polystyrene foam lunch boxes is of great significance for ensuring food safety and maintaining market or...
