According to the flexible salt core taking, placing and positioning system based on the visual recognition, the tough clamping force of three-jaw air cylinders is converted into the gentle clamping force of clamping springs, so that the damage to a salt core which is relatively low in strength and toughness and easy to break is avoided; limiting blocks are used for limiting the eccentricity of fingers, and the positioning precision is guaranteed within the allowable tolerance range; the integrity of the salt core is judged through the integrity detection visual system; the angle of thesalt core is accurately adjusted through the positioning and recognition visual systems and servo motors; and meanwhile, stroke adjusting nuts are adjusted so that the flexible salt core taking, placing and positioning system can be compatible with the salt cores of various specifications and sizes, and has a wider application range.
