Abstract

The invention provides a start-stop control method of a hybrid special engine, wherein the start control includes quickly starting the engine by using a high electric motor auxiliary torque backhauling; The auxiliary torque of the control motor decreases slowly after being halved. Controlling the engine to inject fuel; The auxiliary torque of the control motor is gradually reduced to 0, and the engine catches fire steadily. The invention improves the transient working characteristics of the hybrid special engine by optimizing the motor torque auxiliary control process and reasonably utilizingthe capability of multiple injections of the advanced fuel injector. The invention does not need to change the engine hardware structure, and has the advantages of low cost and convenient application.The engine speed is raised to the target speed which is much higher than the traditional speed by using the high electric motor auxiliary torque to start the engine quickly, which greatly reduces thefuel consumption during the starting process and further shortens the light-off time of the after-treatment system. The engine quick start process takes less than 10 engine cycles, significantly reducing the number of incomplete combustion cycles and thus reducing unburned HC emissions.
