While a semi-bridge sub-module is locked, a direction of a bridge arm current is frequently changed, and a diode is faced with a numerical interpolation problem,so the bridge arm current is caused to generate a distortion point. The method is capable of, while the semi-bridge sub-module is locked, modeling by using a built-in diode in PSCAD simulation software, enabling the numerical interpolation problem of the diode to be effectively solved, improving simulation precision, and apparent in acceleration effect.
