The wellbore annulus pressure sensor comprises a deformation cabin, a sealing cover, a circuit cabin, a cable waterproof joint and an armored cable; the deformation cabin is internally provided with a first displacement plate, a second displacement plate, a fixing seat, a camera and a light-emitting tube, wherein the camera and the light-emitting tube are fixed to the fixing seat; wellbore annulus pressure causes deformation of the deformation cabin, thus the first displacement plate and the second displacementplate in the deformation cabin are driven to move, the light-emitting tube illuminates the first displacement plate and the second displacement plate, and the camera takes pictures of the first displacement plate and the second displacement plate; a circuit board is arranged in the circuit cabin and connected with the armored cable, the camera and the light-emitting tube; and the circuit board processes the pictures of the camera, thus displacement of the first displacement plate and the second displacement plate is obtained, the wellbore annulus pressure value is calculated based on displacement, and then the wellbore annulus pressure value is sent in real time through the armored cable.
