Abstract

The invention relates to a protection circuit for a low-ripple LED control device. The protection circuit comprises a de-ripple de-stroboflash circuit and a protection circuit unit. The de-ripple de-stroboflash circuit includes a control chip and a first field-effect transistor; a grid voltage output port of the control chip t is connected to a grid electrode of the first field-effect transistor;a current sensing input port of the control chip is connected to a first pole of the first field-effect transistor; an LED voltage limiting port of the control chip is connected to a second pole of the first field-effect transistor; and the second pole of the first field-effect transistor serves as a negative output terminal of the LED control device. The protection circuit unit is a diode seriescircuit; and the two ends of the diode series circuit are connected in parallel between the first pole and the second pole of the first field-effect transistor. Therefore, the power MOSFET is protected from failing to work, so that the circuit reliability is improved.
