A pair of half-U-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed in the sides, facing the U-shaped plate, of the upperend and lower end of the vertical plate. A pair of half-V-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed in the two ends, facing the vertical plate, of the U-shaped plate. The edges of the bottoms of the half-U-shaped grooves of the vertical plate are in butt joint with roots of the half-V-shaped grooves of the U-shaped plate. Welding filling cavities are formed between the half-U-shaped grooves of thevertical plate and the half-V-shaped grooves of the U-shaped plate.
