Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving response time of an armored platinum resistance thermometer, applying a vacuum dehumidification device to perform vacuum dehumidification to the armoredplatinum resistance thermometer. The method comprises the steps of: stripping a signal lead from a signal output end of the armored platinum resistance thermometer, placing in a vacuum chamber, vacuumizing and raising the temperature to a first set temperature; stopping vacuumizing, filling inert gas with high heat conductivity, preserving the temperature for a period of time, stopping power supply for a furnace body out of the vacuum chamber, and cooling to a second temperature; raising the vacuum chamber only or raising the vacuum chamber and products together such that to-be-sealed parts ofthe products in the vacuum chamber can be seen clearly, and it is easy for a glue outlet of a glue injector to approach the to-be-sealed parts of the products; when the furnace temperature reaches athird temperature point, using the glue injector to inject sealing rubber to encapsulating seal the signal output end of the thermometer; and stopping filling helium, separating a first flange from asecond flange, taking out the thermometer to check whether the glue sealing is defective, and if there is a hole, supplementing glue in time.
