Abstract

Secondly, the infrared image and the enhanced weak visible light image are decomposed by NSST to obtain the low frequency and high frequency components of the infrared image and enhanced weak visible light image. Secondly, a Cauchy membership function is constructed by using an intuitionistic fuzzy set to fuse the low frequency components of infrared image and enhanced weak visible image, and the high frequency components of infrared image and enhanced weak visible image are fused by using an adaptive two-channel pulse emission cortex model.
