The tomographic scanning imager comprises an infinitive state machine ordered cloud signal generator, a radio frequency emission module (2), a switch combination module (3), a receiving module and a correlation interference imaging processing module (8), wherein the infinitive state machine ordered cloud signal generator generates two ordered cloud signals, namely a first branch ordered cloud signal and a second branch ordered cloud signal; the radio frequency emission module (2) is used for receiving the first branch ordered cloud signal and transforming the first branch ordered cloud signal into radio frequency to be emitted out; the switch combination module (3) is used for controlling a working time sequence of the receiving module,eliminating clutter of the ordered cloud signals and outputting the ordered cloud signals to the receiving module; the receiving module is used for performing delay and gain processing on the orderedcloud signals, and the processed signals are output to the correlation interference imaging processing module (8); and the correlation interference imaging processing module (8) performs AD transformation, clutter cancellation and correlation interference processing on the ordered cloud signals obtained after delay and gain processing, so that tomographic imaging of a detection target is completed.
