Abstract

The device comprises a fixing shaft, wherein two ends of the fixing shaft are rotatably connected to the inner wall of the tail end of a water draining pipe of the water faucet; an axis of the fixing shaft is vertical to an axis of the water draining pipe of the water faucet; two sealed hollow chambers are symmetrically fixed to the fixing shaft; a plurality of separating plates are fixed at equal intervals to the outer surface of the sealed hollow chambers; a plurality of circular platform pipes which are different length are correspondingly fixed in an area between every two sealed hollow chambers; a water stopping cover plate is fixed to the inner wall of the water draining pipeof the water faucet; and the plurality of separating plates are in sliding contact with the water stopping cover plate.
