Abstract

The invention discloses a buffering and energy-absorbing device based on a foamed aluminum material and relates to the technical field of engineering construction. The device comprises a bridge pier.A number of universal beams are fixedly connected to the circumferential side face of the bridge pier. A buoyancy device is slidingly connected to the outer surface of each universal beam correspondingly. A number of guide rails are fixedly connected to the circumferential side faces of the buoyancy devices. Protective plates are slidingly connected to surfaces of the guide rails. A buoyancy cavity is formed in one surface of each buoyancy device. A ring-shaped cavity is formed inside each buoyancy device. According to the buffering and energy-absorbing device based on the foamed aluminum material, through spreading and closing structures of the protective plates, on the one hand, the bridge pier can be protected for a long time from washing of water surface waves by the buffering and energy-absorbing device, and on the other hand, impact force of bumping of ships can be counteracted by the buffering and energy-absorbing device. The buffering and energy-absorbing device based on the foamed aluminum material has the advantage of improving the buffering capacity. Through a communicating structure between an air input pipe, an air output pipe and the buoyancy cavities, buoyancy can beadjusted automatically through water level information which is provided by water level sensors by the buoyancy devices; and the device is guaranteed to be on the water level all the time.
