The method comprises the following steps: setting flushing time and liquidlevel parameters in a program of a control center at first; regularly and automatically starting a pre-demister flushing program to realize flushing of the pre-demister and water replenishment of anabsorption tower; after current flushing is finished, re-counting timing time and waiting for the starting of next flushing; and when the water level of the dust-removing water tank is smaller than alinkage limit, performing linkage inputting, and starting a multi-stage demister flushing program to realize multi-stage demister flushing, intermittent water distribution of the DUC dust-removing device and maintenance of the liquid level balance of the dust-removing water tank.
