Abstract

The invention relates to a cement-free high-performance soil curing agent using bulk industrial solid waste. The soil curing agent is composed of special treatment steel slag, water slag, waste rock powder, desulfuration gypsum, phosphogypsum slag, calcium carbide slag and zeolite. The soil curing agent of the invention has better performance than the conventional soil curing agent, and is beneficial to the improvement of engineering quality and reduction of cost. More than 90% of the raw materials used in the invention are bulk industrial solid waste, so that the method not only satisfactorily solves the problems of land occupation, serious environment pollution and idle resources caused by accumulation of a large amount of industrial solid waste, but also effectively replaces cement andclinker in the conventional soil curing agent, equivalently eliminates the problems of energy consumption, destruction of nature and generation of harmful gases such as CO2 in the production of the cement and clinker; moreover, the method also plays a role in treatment of wastes with processes of wastes against one another.
