Abstract

The invention discloses a remote-manipulation emergency braking system and a design method thereof. A braking instruction sensor mounted in a cockpit directly controls an electromagnetic hydraulic lock and an electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve which are mounted in a main gear compartment, and thus remote manipulation of the emergency braking system is achieved; the electromagnetic hydraulic lock and the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve which are mounted in the main gear compartment are connected to a hydraulic source nearby; and a hydraulic pipeline of the braking system is arrangedin the main gear compartment in the mode of being close to a braking airplane wheel. The problem that the hydraulic pipeline must enter the cockpit is solved, thus the length of the hydraulic pipelineis decreased, the emergency braking system is easy to maintain, and the complexity and the maintenance difficulty of the emergency braking system are lowered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of aircraft braking systems, in particular to a remotely controlled emergency braking system and a design method thereof. Background technique [0002] Existing aircraft braking system widely adopts digital fly-by-wire anti-skid braking system, and aircraft braking system is made up of normal braking system and emergency braking system. The normal braking system has an anti-skid function; the emergency braking system is composed of a brake decompression valve 1, a fuel tank 2, a hydraulic pressure source 3, and a foot pedal 5, and the emergency braking is realized by a hand brake without anti-skid function. see details figure 1 Schematic diagram of the prior art emergency braking system. [0003] The brake decompression valve 1 is hingedly connected with the foot pedal 5 and is installed in the main cockpit; since the emergency braking system adopts a mechanical brake decompression valve, the hydraulic pipeline of t...
