A cooling box is arranged at the bottom of the tower body and is connected with the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe. A water pump is arranged on the water inletpipe. The right end of the heat exchange tube extends out of a power body. A driving gear is arranged on the outer wall of the right end of the heat exchange tube and is connected with a servo motor through a transmission gear set matched with the driving gear.
