Dividing the scanned monochromatic light into the measurement light and the reference light after the sample or the reference by the two-way sampler, and simultaneously obtaining the two-way optical signal measurement values by the two-way detection acquisition module, taking theratio of the two-way optical signal as the spectral scan measurement data, and calculating the reflectance or transmittance of the measured sample and the absorbance spectral data according to the spectrum instrument reference, the background and the spectral scanning measurement data of the sample.
