A method of producing natural gas by bacterial degradation of domestic waste comprises: first, building a natural oil-gas field to treat urban and rural domestic wastes, mainly including a waste mixing tank, a natural oil-gas field, and heavy metal separation tank; second, pouring urban and rural domestic wastes directly into the waste mixing tank that is enclosed, stirring under sealing condition, and pushing the stirred material into the natural oil-gas field; third, in the enclosed natural oil-gas field, allowing specific enzymes, which are in animal viscera and washing fouling fat and blood water from rural slaughterhouses, to be stirred and dispersed to the domestic wastes and to interact with various enzymes, thereby catalyzing the domestic wastes and arriving at high sliming and enhanced free energy reaction; producing natural gas by bacterial degradation; fourth, manufacturing fertilizer with waste residue, to be specific, manufacturing fertilizer directly with the waste residue subjected to heavy metal separation.
