The decorative material with the pearl effect contains impregnating resin, surface coating resin and back coating resin, wherein the impregnating resin contains the following components in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of a first pearl powder emulsion, 100-150 parts of melamine modified urea resin, 1.2-1.5 parts of a curing agent and 0.2-0.3 part of an impregnating agent; the surface coating resin contains the following components in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of a second pearl powder emulsion, 100-150 parts of the melamine formaldehyde resin, 1.2-1.5 parts of curing agent, 0.2-0.3 part of a demolding agent and 0.2-0.3 part of a dust remover; the back coating resin contains the following components in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of melamine formaldehyde resin, 1.2-1.5 parts of the curing agent and 0.2-0.3 part of the dust remover; and the particle size of the pearl powder in the first pearl powder emulsion is different from that of the pearlpowder in the second pearl powder emulsion.
