The reinforcement cage comprises multiple reinforcement cage sections sequentially connected from bottom to top. A lower test pipe cover is arranged at the bottom end of each test pipe body. An upper test pipe cover is arranged at the top end of each test pipe body. Each test pipe bodycomprises multiple test pipe sections sequentially connected from bottom to top. The method comprises the following steps of tying of the reinforcement cage sections, splicing of the test pipe sections, down hoisting and installing of the test pipe sections and the reinforcement cage sections and installing of protecting pipes.
