Embodiment 1

[0028] Such as Figure 1 ~ Figure 3 Shown, with the method of the present invention in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, screening the key topographic factor characteristics of debris flow basin.

[0029] 1. Screen key features of terrain factors

[0030] Step S1. Preliminary watershed survey

[0031] Using the digital elevation model (DEM), the watersheds in Liangshan Prefecture are divided, including known typical debris flow watersheds and non-debris flow watersheds ( figure 1 It is the distribution map of typical debris flow basins and non-debris flow basins in Liangshan Prefecture). Obtain O=679 samples of debris flow basins and P=512 samples of non-debris flow basins. A watershed label (+1) is assigned to the debris flow watershed samples and a watershed label (-1) to the non-debris flow watershed samples.

[0032] Step S2, extract the watershed terrain factor values of the two types of samples respectively

[0033]Further use DEM to obtain var...

Abstract

The invention discloses a feature screening method for key topographic factors of debris flow watershed, aiming at the defects that the prior art cannot provide specific discriminant indexes and comprehensive action effects of various factors. In this method, the feature sets of possible key topographic factors are collected from the samples of debris flow basin and non-debris flow basin, and thenthe Lasso penalty function is established to solve the optimal solution of the penalty function. The feature corresponding to beta not equal to 0 regression coefficient in the optimal solution feature is the feature of the selected key topographic factors. The invention also provides an application of a feature screening method for a key topographic factor of a debris flow basin. The method of the invention is based on the Lasso method for comparative analysis and screening of the characteristics of the key terrain factors of the debris flow basin, and utilizes a machine learning algorithm and a program to complete quantitative analysis, thereby overcoming the drawback that the prior art can only qualitatively screen the characteristics of the key terrain factors because the statistical method is taken as the basis. The method is reliable in principle and accurate in result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a feature screening method of topographical factors, in particular to a method for screening key features of topographical factors in debris flow basins that are different from non-debris flow basins, and belongs to the technical fields of geological and geomorphic surveying and mapping survey technology and geological disaster prevention and control. Background technique [0002] Debris flow is a natural phenomenon that occurs when a watershed evolves to a certain stage. The material and energy conditions are the fundamental factors that determine its development and distribution, and the material and energy conditions are most determined by the topographical conditions of the watershed. Debris flow is generally a small watershed event, so the local characteristics of the watershed can have a decisive impact on the hydrological process. The materials produced by landslides and collapses in many small watersheds are often transp...
