Abstract

A method of fabricating a wall, floor or ceiling on site. The method comprises the steps of installing a strong rigid frame (10) and securing fiber reinforced cement sheets (50) at the front and rear of the frame so as to form a cavity (60) therebetween. Then inject lightweight aggregate concrete slurry into the above-mentioned inner cavity (60) and allow it to cure. Thin slab is a water absorber that absorbs enough water from lightweight aggregate concrete slurry to allow the concrete slurry to naturally bond to the slab during its curing and curing without substantially reducing its structural integrity. The invention also provides a wall produced by the method.
