Problems solved by technology

In order to prevent the corrosion of steel bars in concrete structures, the use of cheap and efficient antifreeze agents containing chloride salts, nitrites or carbonates is strictly limited; the incorporation of air-entraining agents may also greatly reduce the strength of concrete and delay its setting Time; high quality management requirements during on-site construction of frost-resistant concrete; the use of deicing salt on pavement in cold regions in winter accelerates the deterioration of concrete structures
These defects of traditional frost-resistant concrete seriously restrict its engineering application, and the economic losses and maintenance costs of concrete structures caused by freezing damage increase year by year.
So far, there is no durable anti-freeze concrete that can meet the anti-freeze requirements suitable for the service environment without affecting the durability and long-term mechanical properties of concrete structures and components.

Embodiment 1

[0011] A durable antifreeze concrete, made of the following components (kg / m3): Ordinary Portland cement 400, water 182, fine aggregate 635, coarse aggregate 876, n-tetradecane 312, water reducing Agent 1.7.

[0012] The antifreeze concrete containing the phase change energy storage material in the present invention is constructed on site according to the conventional construction operation method of antifreeze concrete. When the concrete is cured to the age of 56 days, use temperature-controlled freeze-thaw equipment to carry out freeze-thaw cycle testing on the reserved standard specimens cured under the same conditions according to the local typical winter temperature history, and compare them with those that do not contain phase-change energy storage materials. Concrete (except that n-tetradecane is not mixed, other raw materials and dosage are the same as those listed in the above concrete components; its curing conditions are also the same as those of antifreeze concrete...

Embodiment 2

[0015] A durable antifreeze concrete, made of the following components in unit dosage (kg / m3): Ordinary Portland cement 425, water 173, fine aggregate 642, coarse aggregate 896, paraffin 331, water reducing agent 1.8.

Embodiment 3

[0017] A durable antifreeze concrete made of the following components in unit dosage (kg / m3): Portland cement 433, water 167, fine aggregate 688, coarse aggregate 902, polyethylene glycol 296, water reducer 1.7.

Abstract

The invention relates to durable antifreezing concrete which is prepared from the following ingredients by mass percentage: 16.5-17.0% of Portland cement or ordinary Portland cement, 6-7% of water, 26.5-27.5% of fine aggregates, 34.5-37% of coarse aggregates, 12.5-15.0% of a phase-change energy storage material and 1.0-2.0% of an additive, wherein a phase change temperature of the phase-change energy storage material is 4.0-6.0 DEG C; and a phase change enthalpy is 240-270J / g. The antifreezing concrete has the beneficial effects that the antifreezing concrete comprising the phase-change energystorage material effectively utilizes special thermal performance of the phase-change energy storage material to prevent a freezing and thawing cycle of the concrete or reduce the number of the freezing and thawing cycles. Therefore, when the temperature is not too low, particularly in late autumn, early winter, late winter and early spring, the influence of freezing of a concrete bridge and a pavement on traffic safety can be effectively avoided; in extremely cold areas, a damage or deterioration extent of a concrete structure due to the repeated freezing and thawing cycles can be reduced; and for concrete works constructed in the winter, the concrete can avoid freezing damage before reaching critical freezing intensity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of a novel civil engineering material, in particular to a durable antifreeze concrete. Background technique [0002] The industry standard "Ordinary Concrete Mix Proportion Design Regulations" (JGJ55) stipulates that the preparation of frost-resistant concrete must be based on strict control of raw material quality and mix ratio, and by adding an appropriate amount of antifreeze and (or) air-entraining agent to achieve Freeze resistance level matching the service environment. In order to prevent the corrosion of steel bars in concrete structures, the use of cheap and efficient antifreeze agents containing chloride salts, nitrites or carbonates is strictly limited; the incorporation of air-entraining agents may also greatly reduce the strength of concrete and delay its setting time; the quality management requirements are high during on-site construction of frost-resistant concrete; the use of deicing salt o...
