The device consists of a white smooth flat plate, a parallel light source, a lensand an image acquisition processor, wherein the flat plate is installed in the middle of the device and is placed at a position where the dustfall is to be detected; the parallel light source is formed by a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp and a fresnel lens and is installed at the right upper part of the flat plate in an inclined way, and an included angle between the flat plate and the parallel light emitted by the light source is 45 degrees; the image acquisition processor consists of a main control chip and a camera; an ARM series of single-chip microcomputer is adopted as the main controlchip, and the model of the camera is OV2640; the lens and the image acquisition processor are installed at the left side of the flat plate and are positioned on the same central axis line, and an included angle between the central axis line and the flat plate is 45 degrees.
