Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of clothing fabrics, in particular to a breathable quick-drying fabric with good hygroscopicity. The fabric is obtained by blending far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fibres and apocynum venetum and then performing water and oil repellent finishing. The breathable quick-drying fabric with good hygroscopicity provided by the invention is prepared by blending the far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fibres and the apocynum venetum; the obtained fabric has the characteristics of breathability, hygroscopicity and good antibacterial property, and further has the healthcare effect of the apocynum venetum. When a user exercises, the sweat produced by a human body can be conducted to the outer layer of the fabric from the inner layer of the fabric quickly through the fabric; the inner layer can be kept dry; the wearing comfort is improved.

Example Embodiment

[0029] Example 1
[0030] A breathable and quick-drying fabric with good moisture absorption, which is blended by far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber and apocynum fiber, and then subjected to water and oil repellent finishing to obtain the fabric;
[0031] The far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber is prepared by the following method:
[0032] (1) Crush the bamboo fiber to obtain bamboo fiber particles for use;
[0033] (2) Add bamboo fiber particles to the silane coupling agent aqueous solution, and ultrasonically disperse for 10 minutes to make a dispersion;
[0034] (3) Add the far-infrared ceramic powder to the dispersion obtained in step 2, ultrasonically disperse for 10 minutes, then filter, collect the precipitated product, then wash the precipitated product with deionized water until it is neutral, and then dry the precipitated product;
[0035] (4) The precipitate obtained in step 3 is mixed with bamboo fiber particles, screw extruded, melt-spinning, and then opened to obtain far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber.
[0036] In the step 2, the addition amount of the silane coupling agent is 0.05% of the weight of the bamboo fiber particles; in the step 3, the addition amount of the far-infrared ceramic powder is 0.1% of the weight of the bamboo fiber particles in the step 2. In the step 4, the weight ratio of the precipitate to the bamboo fiber particles is 1:10; in the step 5, the weight ratio of the far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber to the apocynum fiber is 1:0.5.
[0037] Such as figure 1 As shown, the lower surface of the fabric is wavy. Reduce the contact area with the skin, even if you sweat a lot, it will not produce a sticky feeling, and has an excellent moisture absorption and perspiration ventilation effect. Moisture conducting holes 3 are provided inside the fabric. It can quickly conduct sweat from the inner layer of the fabric to the outer layer of the fabric, and has good breathability and perspiration wicking performance. The moisture-conducting holes inside the fabric are diameter-changing through holes, and the diameter of the moisture-conducting holes gradually increases from top to bottom.

Example Embodiment

[0038] Example 2
[0039] A breathable and quick-drying fabric with good moisture absorption, which is blended by far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber and apocynum fiber, and then subjected to water and oil repellent finishing to obtain the fabric;
[0040] The far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber is prepared by the following method:
[0041] (1) Crush the bamboo fiber to obtain bamboo fiber particles for use;
[0042] (2) Add bamboo fiber particles to the silane coupling agent aqueous solution, and ultrasonically disperse for 15 minutes to make a dispersion;
[0043] (3) Add the far-infrared ceramic powder to the dispersion obtained in step 2, ultrasonically disperse for 15 minutes, then filter, collect the precipitated product, then wash the precipitated product with deionized water until it is neutral, and then dry the precipitated product;
[0044] (4) The precipitate obtained in step 3 is mixed with bamboo fiber particles, screw extruded, melt-spinning, and then opened to obtain far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber.
[0045] In the step 2, the amount of silane coupling agent added is 0.1% of the weight of the bamboo fiber particles; in the step 3, the amount of far-infrared ceramic powder added is 0.5% of the weight of the bamboo fiber particles in step 2. In the step 4, the weight ratio of the precipitate to the bamboo fiber particles is 1:15; in the step 5, the weight ratio of the far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber to the apocynum fiber is 1:1.5.
[0046] Such as figure 2 As shown, the inside of the fabric is provided with moisture conducting holes. The lower surface of the fabric is provided with a hollow layer 4, and the lower surface of the hollow layer is provided with a cushion block 5 with a semicircular arc cross section. The cushion blocks are respectively located on both sides of the open end of the wet hole.

Example Embodiment

[0047] Example 3
[0048] A breathable and quick-drying fabric with good moisture absorption, which is blended by far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber and apocynum fiber, and then subjected to water and oil repellent finishing to obtain the fabric;
[0049] The far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber is prepared by the following method:
[0050] (1) Crush the bamboo fiber to obtain bamboo fiber particles for use;
[0051] (2) Add bamboo fiber particles to the silane coupling agent aqueous solution, and ultrasonically disperse for 13 minutes to make a dispersion;
[0052] (3) Add the far-infrared ceramic powder to the dispersion obtained in step 2, ultrasonically disperse for 13 minutes, then filter, collect the precipitated product, then wash the precipitated product with deionized water until it is neutral, and then dry the precipitated product;
[0053] (4) The precipitate obtained in step 3 is mixed with bamboo fiber particles, screw extruded, melt-spinning, and then opened to obtain far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber.
[0054] In the step 2, the addition amount of the silane coupling agent is 0.08% of the weight of the bamboo fiber particles; in the step 3, the addition amount of the far-infrared ceramic powder is 0.3% of the weight of the bamboo fiber particles in the step 2. In the step 4, the weight ratio of the precipitate to the bamboo fiber particles is 1:12; in the step 5, the weight ratio of the far-infrared ceramic modified bamboo fiber to the apocynum fiber is 1:1.0.
[0055] The lower surface of the fabric is wavy. Reduce the contact area with the skin, even if you sweat a lot, it will not produce a sticky feeling, and has an excellent moisture absorption and perspiration ventilation effect. Moisture conducting holes are arranged inside the fabric. It can quickly conduct sweat from the inner layer of the fabric to the outer layer of the fabric, and has good breathability and perspiration wicking performance.
