The method includes the steps that the accelerations in the three axial directions of to-be-measured equipment within a current time period are acquired; the deviation angle of the to-be-measured equipment relative to a reference system is calculated according to the accelerations; the angle offset of the to-be-measured equipment relative to the reference system is calculated based on the deviation angle; the motion state of the to-be-measured equipment is determined based on the angle offset; the output power of the to-be-measured equipment is determined according to the motion state, and the skin is prevented from being scalded by the to-be-measured equipment. By means of the method, the motionstate of the to-be-measured equipment can be detected in real time, the output power of the to-be-measured equipment is determined according to the motion state of the to-be-measured equipment, thus,the skin can be effectively prevented from being scalded by the to-be-measured equipment, high practicality is achieved, and the technical problems that an existing method for preventing the skin from being scalded by the equipment is poor in effectiveness and poor in practicality are relieved.
