The full-automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer comprises a shell, a centrifugal mechanism, a capillary assembly, an incubation mechanism, a pressing apparatus and an air blowing mechanism; the centrifugal mechanism is used for centrifuging a blood sample; the capillary assembly is arranged on the incubationmechanism, the capillary assembly is used for loading the centrifuged blood sample, the capillary assembly is provided with a plurality of reagent cups and a plurality of liquid washing cups, and reagents for detection are stored in the reagent cups and the liquid washing cups; the incubation mechanism is used for incubating the reagents and the blood sample in the capillary assembly; the pressing apparatus is used for piercing the reagent cups and the liquid washing cups, so that the blood sample and the reagents have chemical reaction in the capillary assembly; and the air blowing mechanismis used for blowing a substance which is not required to be detected in the reacted sample in the capillary assembly.
