Abstract

The method comprises the steps of increasing the carbon dioxide concentration in the environment, accumulating the biomass of paris polyphylla, pre-culturing paris polyphylla, and achieving carbon dioxide concentration treatment and culture. The invention relates to the technical field of bioengineering. The method is a novel means for promoting quick biomass accumulation of paris polyphylla by increasing the carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration. Increase of the carbon dioxide concentration in the environment accelerates accumulation of fresh weight of paris polyphylla seedlings.
