The tops of the mounting boxes are fixed at a conveying belt; two groups of support plates are fixedly welded to the two parallel sides of the tops of the mounting boxes; the top plates are fixedly welded to the tops of the two groups of support plates; the clamping plates are arranged between the bottoms of the two groups of support plates; and the hydraulic rods are arranged between the support plates and the clamping plates. Blank members are clamped between the clamping plates; and forming slots are formed in the tops of the blank members. The leakage funnels are arranged between the two groups of support plates above the clamping plates.
