Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: MX26 strains, KDZ12 strains, LZJ3 strains and LZJ12 strains, which are separated and purified from rhizosphere soil, of growth-promoting bacteria are activated and then inoculated into a liquid culture medium to be subjected to shake culture on a shaking table for 12 h at 28 DEG C and 150 r / min, and I-level seed liquid is obtained; 4% of the I-level seed liquid is transferred into a bacterialbasic culture medium to be subjected to amplification culture for 15 h at 28 DEG C and 150 r / min, after culture, by adjusting bacterial liquid OD600, the bacterium amount reaches about 1.5*10<8> cfu / mL, and II-level seed liquid is obtained; all the II-level seed liquid are evenly mixed according to the volume ratio of 1:1:1:1 to obtain a flora; and the flora is inoculated according to the inoculating amount of 15%, a fermentation culture medium is made by adopting the smashed jujube branches as a nutrition source, after the flora is inoculated, the fermentation culture medium is placed in theenvironment of 28 DEG C to carry out constant-temperature static fermentation culture for 5-6 d, and the microbial fertilizer is obtained.
