The wake-up button is pressed down, a use count value is added with 1, and the singlechip generates a binary character string by an identity code of the singlechip, the use count valueand a pseudo random number; and one part of digits in the character string are enabled to correspond to one part of segment codes in the segment code display, and when values of digits in the one part of digits are 1, the segment codes corresponding to the digits are lighted up so as to form a pattern on the segment code display, which can be used for fire prevention routing inspection.
