A weight algorithm, the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method are adopted, so that subjective opinions of expertsand decision makers can be reserved, and the weights can be determined by utilizing original index data information and are independent of preferences and experience of people, namely, the subjectiveand objective aspects are taken into consideration. A complete and scientific evaluation system is established; the comprehensive scores of the service quality of the cache resources are calculated in real time; whether the cache resources are in an alarm state or not is judged; and the cache resources under a critical value of alarm are alarmed and issued to a cache manufacturer for processing,so that the problem is solved in time, and the user experience is improved.
