The hydrate reactor is a horizontally placed pressure-bearing circular pipe with an air inlet at the bottom and a liquid inlet at the side; the steady-flow liquid supply system feeds a solution to the hydrate reactor at a constant speed; the steady-flow gas supply system is used for introducing gas into the hydrate reactor at a constant speed; the temperature control system is used for controlling the temperature of the gas and solution introduced into the hydrate reactor; the granulation extrusion system is a magnetic piston placed in the hydrate reactor; and the driving control system is placed outside the hydrate reactor to control movement of the magnetic piston in the hydrate reactor.
