Abstract

The invention discloses a rotation speed detecting method for a magnetic gear composite motor. The method mainly comprises the following devices: an adaptive diagonal recursive cerebellar model controller, a magnetic gear composite motor, a voltage source inverter, a PI controller displacement and an encoder. The errors of an actual rotation speed and an estimated rotation speed are input into theadaptive diagonal recursive cerebellar model controller to obtain a control amount of the adaptive diagonal recursive cerebellar model controller, the obtained control amount is processed by the PI controller to generate a control current, the control current and the input voltage are transmitted to the voltage source inverter to drive the magnetic gear composite motor, the output signals of themagnetic gear composite motor are transmitted to the encoder for conversion to obtain rotational angular speed signals to obtain the estimated rotation speed after derivation, and the above operationis repeated to repeatedly perform speed control of the magnetic gear composite motor. The architecture has the ability to adjust parameters online to have better interference suppression capability for the magnetic gear composite motor drive system and effectively improve the dynamic characteristics of the drive system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electric drive control equipment, in particular to a method for detecting the rotational speed of a magnetic gear composite motor. Background technique [0002] Compared with mechanical gears, magnetic gear compound motors have the advantages of low noise, high efficiency, easy maintenance, high reliability and overload protection. Magnetic gears are widely used in the field of electric transmission such as high force density drives, and are especially suitable for occasions that require no lubrication, no noise, no frictional energy consumption, no oil, and are waterproof and dustproof. The magnetic gear is essentially an open-loop unstable nonlinear system, so it is necessary to design a closed-loop control system to regulate it. Linear control theory is widely used in magnetic gear control systems. The commonly used linearization method is to carry out Taylor expansion on the mathematical model expression of th...
