Abstract

The invention discloses a reagent for inducing peripheral blood mononuclear cells into CIK cells and a composition used by the reagent. The composition for inducing the peripheral blood mononuclear cells into the CIK cells is composed of anti-CD3 antibodies, anti-CD28 antibodies, IL-2, IL-15 and IL-12. The reagent for inducing the peripheral blood mononuclear cells into the CIK cells comprises thecomposition and a freezing peripheral blood mononuclear cell resuscitation solution. By comparing the composition for inducing the human peripheral blood mononuclear cells into the CIK cells with a control composition, it is found that the content of CD3+CD56+ cells in the CIK cells obtained from different healthy volunteers is increased by 72-76%, and the content of CD3+CD8+ cells is increased by 20-21%. By comparing the freezing peripheral blood mononuclear cell resuscitation solution with a conventional resuscitation solution, it is found that the cell viability of the human peripheral blood mononuclear cells can be significantly improved, and the content of CD3+CD56+ cells in the CIK cells obtained from the human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) is increased by 47%.
