Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid detection kit for breast cancer susceptibility genes and a detection method thereof. The breast cancer susceptibility genes refer to SNP sites of CYP1B1 genes, the rapid detection kit detects the SNP sites of the CYP1B1 genes, the kit includes specific amplification primers of the SNP sites of the CYP1B1 genes, Taq enzyme, dNTs and a buffer solution. The SNP sites of the CYP1B1 genes include rs1056827 and rs1056836.
