The system demodulates the phase information ofeach point in the strain sensing optical cable in real time in a coherent phase demodulation mode. The specially packaged strain sensing optical cable comprises a strain sensing optical fiber and a reference optical fiber, and the strain sensing optical fiber is subjected to real-time compensation of phase noise caused by temperature drift and laser frequency drift through phase change in the reference optical fiber.
