The included photovoltaic power generation deviceconverts solar energy into electric energy and is connected with an electric bus; one end of a gas engine is connected with a natural gas network and the other end is connected with the electric bus and a waste heat boiler; one end of the waste heat boiler is connected with the gas engine and one end is connected with a thermal bus; one end of a gas boiler is connected with a natural gas pipelineand the other end is connected with the thermal bus; one end of an absorption refrigerator is connected with the thermal bus and the other end is connected with a cold load through a pipeline; one endof an electric refrigerator is connected with the electric bus and the other end is connected with the cold load; one end of an air source heat pump is connected with the electric bus and one end isdirectly connected with a thermal load; an electric storage device stores or releases electric energy; a thermal storage device stores or releases thermal energy; and a cold storage device stores or releases cold energy. The coupling transformation direction of an energy flow can be adjusted, and energy supply to users is completed economically and greenly.
