The system comprises the components of: a system, wherein the behavior knowledge collection point is used for collecting historical behavior information of a user and collecting current behavior information of the user; the distributed behavior database management assembly is used for managinghistorical behavior information collected by the behavior knowledge collection points; the behavior model library management component is used for managing the node behavior model library; the behavior cognition library management assembly is used for providing pre-constructed cognition knowledge and a cognition library and comparing the current behavior information with the pre-constructed cognition knowledge and the pre-constructed cognition library; and after the current behavior of the user is determined, the current behavior of the user is matched with a corresponding prediction algorithmmodel in the node behavior model library, and a behavior cognition prediction component of the network behavior of the user is predicted based on the corresponding prediction algorithm model.
