The banked battery comprises a power bus and at least two batteries, wherein each battery comprises abattery cell, an even voltage charging module, a charging switch, a discharging switch and a battery management device, wherein the battery management device is connected with the battery cell, and is used for acquiring the voltage state of each battery; if the voltage state of each battery is a discharging requiring state, the battery management device of the battery controls the discharging switch to discharge through the power bus; if the voltage state of each battery is a charging requiring state, the battery management device of the battery controls the charging switch to charge throughthe power bus; and when the charging current is larger than a first current threshold value, the even voltage charging module is controlled to charge through the power bus.
