Abstract

The invention discloses a vertical magnetic glue mixing device. A stirring barrel is vertically mounted on the base based on the axis of the stirring barrel. A driving ring is arranged on the peripheral surface of the stirring barrel and connected with the base, wherein a stirring claw is arranged in the stirring barrel. The driving ring and the stirring claw face to each other in height, whereina magnet A and a magnet B are arranged on the driving ring and the stirring claw respectively and are faced to each other with different poles. A driving mechanism controls the driving ring to rotaterelatively to the stirring barrel in the circumferential direction. A control box is in signal connection with the driving mechanism. According to the glue mixing device, non-contact transmission of the stirring head is realized. The stirring barrel is completely closed, so that no adhesive leaks in the mixing process. No mechanical connection exists between the stirring head and the whole glue mixing device, so that the stirring head and the stirring barrel can be completely separated for respective whole cleaning; and the device is flexible and convenient to use and operate, can uniformly stir, and is suitable for laboratories and production and manufacturing occasions with small batch and various products. Compared with manual glue mixing and other modes, the device reduces industrial solid wastes, improves the stability of the glue mixing process, and improves the labor efficiency.
