Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a binding botanical adhesive tape for vegetables and fruits. The method comprises the following steps: soaking 10 to 20 parts (by weight) of Arabic gumin 80 to 100 parts (by weight) of acidic solution for 20h to 28h, so as to prepare a first glue solution; adding 4 to 6 parts (by weight) of rosin into 4 to 6 parts (by weight) of alkaline solution, and carrying out stirring for 0.5 to 1.0 hour at the temperature of 60 DEG C to 70 DEG C, so as to prepare a second glue solution; subjecting the first glue solution, the second glue solution and 3 to7 parts (by weight) of glycerine to stirring for 5 to 15 minutes at the temperature of 60 DEG C to 70 DEG C, so as to prepare an adhesive; and coating a substrate layer with the adhesive, thereby preparing the binding botanical adhesive tape. The adhesive is prepared from raw materials which are easily degradable and free of harm to human bodies, the prepared adhesive is excellent in adhesive property, can be better adhered to the vegetables and fruits, is difficult in residual and is easy to clean, and thus, the safety and convenience of use of the botanical adhesive tape for the vegetablesand fruits are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive tapes, and in particular relates to a plant-based adhesive tape for binding vegetables and fruits and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of life festivals, cross-border packaging has become the mainstream in the market. Nowadays, most vegetables and fruits on the market are packaged in plastic bags instead of plastic bags. However, most of the adhesive tapes currently used for binding vegetables and fruits are ordinary adhesive tapes. The base material of this adhesive tape is made of BOPP, PVC, PET, PE and other plastic materials. A large amount of solvent is needed in the production process of this type of adhesive, which is easy to cause environmental pollution. In addition, if the adhesive residue on vegetables and fruits is not cleaned, it will have side effects on the human body and endanger human health. Contents of the invention [0003] ...
