Abstract

The invention discloses a measurement system and a data transmission interface. The measurement system comprises a signal generator, a signal receiver and a data transmission interface. The signal generator transmits input data to the data transmission interface. The signal receiver receives output data from the data transmission interface. The signal receiver measures the anti-jitter capability of the data transmission interface according to the error return data in the output data. The data transmission interface comprises a receiving circuit, a synchronizing circuit and a transmitting circuit. The receiving circuit is used for receiving input data and generating an error code signal when a data error occurs. The synchronization circuit receives the error code signal to generate an errorcode indication signal. The transmitting circuit is used for transmitting the output data to the signal receiver, receiving the error code indication signal when a data error occurs, and generating error return data in the output data according to the error code indication signal. According to the embodiment, the cost of a measurement system can be reduced, and the anti-jitter capability of the data transmission interface can be effectively measured when the clock pulse is asynchronous or the output data is high-frequency.
