A power distribution network dynamic reconstruction model is established with the aim of reducing the network loss, a power flow equation is converted into a convex optimization form through second-order cone relaxation, and a global optimal solution is quickly obtained, so that the network loss of the power distribution network can be considerably reduced and the voltage quality of the power distribution network can be improved through a small numberof switch changes. The method also solves the problems of unbalanced power flow distribution, node voltage collapse, over-high network loss and the like possibly caused by space-time distribution difference of loads in the operation process of the power distribution network.
