The invention discloses an AC and DC hybrid micro-grid optimal planning method considering a line factor. The method comprises: establishing a target function of an AC and DC hybrid micro-grid considering a line factor relative to investment cost, loss load cost, and system loss, comprehensively considering system power constraint, system branch constraint, distributed energy output constraint, node voltage deviation constraint, random fault constraint of equipment and other constraints, using Monte Cario to perform fault sampling, through mixed integer linear programming, solving, to obtain ascientific and economical AC and DC hybrid micro-grid distributed power addressing capacity grading optimal configuration result. The method solves a configuration problem of effective access of a distributed power supply in expansion planning of an AC micro-grid, improves on-site elimination capability of the hybrid micro-grid, and meanwhile realizes economical efficiency and reliability of planning of the AC and DC hybrid micro-grid.
