The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a distributed power supply optimization operation model, solving an optimal scheduling model, calculating a microgrid node electricity price, considering a micro gas turbine in a microgrid, a fuel cell, output force characteristics and energy consumption characteristics of an energy storage device and wind power and photovoltaic random output force characteristics, and employing a prime-dual interior point method to calculate each node electricity price of the microgrid; (2) designing a multi-microgrid decentralized cooperative optimal scheduling frame to determine the size of each distributed power supply output force; and (3) researching the active distribution system optimal scheduling model and the solution method thereof considering the influence of multi-microgrid access.
