The method comprises the following steps: preparing a hyacinth bletilla polyphenol component by adopting an ultrasonic-negative pressure cavitation coupled aqueous two-phase extraction technology, removing biomacromolecules such as polysaccharide and protein in the hyacinth bletilla polyphenol component by utilizing an ultrafiltration membrane interception technology,and conducting enriching and purifying by combining macroporous adsorption resin to obtain the hyacinth bletilla polyphenols with high purity and strong activity. Experiments show that the antibacterial, hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effects of the hyacinth bletilla polyphenols are discovered; and meanwhile, Chinese herbal medicine toothpaste containing the hyacinth bletilla polyphenols is developed.
