The dust concentration measuring device includes a channel with dust flowing, a hollow transparency sphere, alaser device, a first lens, a first polarizer, a quarter-wave plate, an optical fiber fixing frame, a camera, a second quarter-wave plate, a second polarizer, and a second lens; wherein the hollow transparency sphere is formed by the expanding part in the channel with dust flowing, rays of the laser device directly glare the transparency sphere, and the first lens, the first polarizer and the quarter-wave plate are arranged between the laser device and the hollow transparency sphere; an optical fiber opening of optical fiber is densely formed in the spherical surface of the hollow transparency sphere, and the optical fiber fixing frame is at the other end of the optical fiber and ties the optical fiber neatly; and the camera is arranged in front of the optical fiber fixing frame, and thesecond quarter-wave plate, the second polarizer and the second lens are arranged between the optical fiber fixing frame and the a camera lens.
