Problems solved by technology

Although hyperspectral technology is feasible and accurate in predicting soil available potassium, the spectral characteristics of soil available potassium mainly depend on other substances such as organic matter, water and clay minerals, which affect its real spectral response characteristics

Embodiment Construction

[0034] The scheme will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific implementation methods.

[0035] figure 1 For a schematic flow diagram of a method for obtaining available potassium content in orchard soil provided by the embodiment of the present application, see figure 1 , the method includes:

[0036] S101. Acquire hyperspectral data of the soil to be detected.

[0037] After selecting the area of the soil to be detected in the present embodiment, because July is the peak period of absorption of potassium fertilizers by apple trees, sampling points can be randomly arranged according to the orchard distribution in the area of the soil to be detected in July, in different areas of each orchard Three soil samples were collected at each location, and a total of 105 soil samples were collected.

[0038] The soil samples were removed from impurities, air-dried, and ground, and passed through a 2mm hole sieve. The quartering method was us...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method, system and device for acquiring the available potassium content in orchard soil. The method comprises steps of acquiring the hyperspectral data of the soil to be detected; performing two-dimensional correlation spectrum analysis according to hyperspectral data to obtain the two-dimensional synchronous spectrogram and the two-dimensional asynchronous spectrogram ofthe available potassium in the soil to be detected, and determining the characteristic band of the available potassium; establishing a normalized spectral index NDSI, a ratio spectral index RSI and adifference spectral index DSI of the soil to be detected according to the characteristic band of the available potassium; establishing a random forest estimation model according to NDSI, RSI and DSI;testing the random forest estimation model by using a determination coefficient R2, a root mean square error RMSE and a relative analysis error RPD to determine an estimation model with the highest estimation accuracy and quickly estimate the soil available potassium content. The method solves the inaccurate measurement results caused by separate analysis of soil components in the prior art.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the technical field of soil element content detection, in particular to a method, system and device for obtaining available potassium content in orchard soil. Background technique [0002] Soil available potassium is one of the important elements affecting the growth of apple trees. Its main function is to promote the production of fruit sugar, increase the degree of coloring, improve the internal quality of fruits, and enhance the disease resistance of fruit trees. However, excessive fertilization leads to serious soil compaction in orchards, and the fruit quality continues to decline. Therefore, it is of great significance to quickly and accurately obtain the available potassium content of orchard soil for the development of precision agriculture in my country. Compared with traditional laboratory methods, hyperspectral technology has the advantages of high detection efficiency and low analysis cost. [0003] In recent ye...
